From the Parkway:
Take Parkway heading north to exit #161 "Route 4 East, Paramus". Follow the ramp down and get to the middle lane, staying on Route 4 East. Continue until you come to the exit "Teaneck Road, Bergenfield" - exit onto ramp which swings around and under Route 4. From this point count 8 traffic lights (2.2 miles) and make a right turn onto E. Clinton Street. Go thru 2 traffic lights and then 2 more blocks, turning right onto Franklin Street. We are the 2nd building on the left, ground floor (condos above us).
From the Turnpike:
Continue on 95 in local lanes, take exit for Teaneck/Leonia. Exit at "Leonia" onto Fort Lee Road. Proceed l/4 mile to second traffic light. Turn left and proceed north on Grand Avenue. After about 2 miles, when you cross main shopping street (Palisade Avenue), Grand Avenue becomes Engle Street. Continue on Engle Street until you pass Englewood hospital (on the left), then go to the 2nd traffic light after hospital and turn left onto Clinton Avenue for three blocks to blinker light. Go past blinker light and stay in the left lane. About 50 yards past blinker, you come to a traffic light. Make a left, crossing over the railroad tracks, then make your first left onto Franklin Street. We are the 2nd building on the left, ground floor (condos above us).
From NYC:
George Washington Bridge - Upper level to Palisades Parkway, take Exit #1 "Palisade Avenue". Make right at end of ramp to the light and turn right on 9W and continue north (about 1 mile). Next traffic light after Sage Road is Clinton Avenue, Tenafly. Turn left and go down hill to bottom to blinker light. Go past blinker light and stay in the left lane. About 50 yards past blinker, you come to a traffic light. Make a left, crossing over the railroad tracks, then make your first left onto Franklin Street. We are the 2nd building on the left, ground floor (condos above us).
From Route 80:
Route 80 becomes 95 - Take exit for Leonia and follow directions as above, under Turnpike.
From Route 17:
Take Exit "Ridgewood Avenue" toward Oradell (Ridgewood Avenue becomes Oradell Avenue). Take Oradell Avenue to the end and make a right onto Grant Street (becomes Boulevard). Follow the road around an "S" curve to the 3rd light, making a left turn onto Madison Avenue. Continue thru Dumont to the Cresskill traffic circle. Go around 1/4 and turn right onto Knickerbocker Road. Continue to 2nd light and turn left onto Clinton Avenue. Go thru the next light and make the 2nd right onto Franklin Street. We are the 2nd building on the left, ground floor, (condos above us).
